How to book

To secure your session date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due on 7 days prior to the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours notice without penalty.
The new session date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original cancellation.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session may result in a rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not require further payment, though the deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the original deposit, and
a new deposit will be required to book a future session.
Weather & Emergencies
For outdoor shoots, weather-related reschedules are allowed at no charge.
Emergencies are handled with compassion. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.
Session etiquette
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your session is considered cancelled with no refund.
If you exceed your session’s allotted time, additional charges will incur.
To maintain a safe and focused environment:
Only 1 guest may accompany you.
No children are allowed unless they are being photographed.
Props
Props are not provided unless arranged in advance.
If you would like to include items like balloons, confetti, or signs, please bring them or contact me beforehand to coordinate.
Turnaround & Edits
Session images will be delivered within 72 hours of your session.
You will receive 100–200 photos from the session delivered via Dropbox/Gallery Link, or a flash drive upon request.
For group shoots, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Edited photos will be delivered within 2–4 business weeks.
If your photos are time-sensitive, please notify me when booking.
All edits are final.
If you have specific retouching requests, communicate them clearly before the session.
Image Use
Jaswin J Photography reserves the right to use client images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
